Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers within India. We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256), regular security audits, and comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments. Data is backed up across multiple availability zones.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements. Any cross-border data transfer complies with applicable provisions of the DPDP Act, 2023.
Your Rights

Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pragati's analytics platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Service Description
Pragati provides a cloud-based analytics and business intelligence platform. We offer various subscription tiers with different feature sets as described on our pricing page. Service availability is subject to our uptime SLA of 99.9%.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@pragati.co.in.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Invoices are generated on the 1st of each billing cycle. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to Pragati. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
The Pragati platform, including all software, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Pragati Analytics Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Pragati's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Disputes may also be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
