From Frustration to Innovation
In 2021, our founders — a team of IIT Madras alumni and former Zoho engineers — grew frustrated with analytics platforms that didn't understand Indian business complexity. GST cycles, multi-entity structures, regional market differences — none of it was handled well by tools built for Silicon Valley.
So they built Pragati from a small office in Taramani, Chennai. Eighteen months of development, hundreds of conversations with Indian business owners, and a relentless focus on solving real problems — not building features for demo slides.
